Biscotti in English means twice-cooked, also known also as cantucci these Italian almond biscuits originated in the city of Prato. They are twice-baked, oblong-shaped, dry, crunchy, and perfect for dipping in any coffee beverage… or to make tiramisu… um… sorry… gotta go… headed to the bakery 🙂
